According to the Decision of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 231, from 5 August 2021 on, citizens of the Kingdom of Belgium and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and other citizens permanently residing in those countries as well as stateless persons is allowed (via COVID-19 passport and on the basis of a COVID-19 document confirming the negative result of the PCR test issued within 72 hours) to enter and leave the Republic of Azerbaijan by air transport under appropriate conditions.
